Section I
(a) Partial or otherwise incomplete terms, within any political position, hereinafter are defined as serving the total of the days a valid term would be divided by 2 (Council would be >15)
(b) A partial or otherwise incomplete term does not count towards any consecutive term limit
(c) All individuals which served a partial or otherwise incomplete term, which had or shall of maxed or expired all their available term limits, shall have their partial term nulled towards the official count, this clause is to be nullified on June 28th
(d) This law shall only take effect for Council membership or for status within the seat of Ombudsman.
