Article I: Transfer of Powers

• I.I: In the case of a vacant Minister, the President may choose to delegate any of the their responsibilities taken from the Ministers to the Vice President.

Article II: Foreign Envoy

• II.I: The Vice President may serve as an envoy to any foreign nation.

• II.II: The Vice President shall be apart of negotiating treaties with foreign nations as a representative of TeenGovernment.

Article III: Miscellaneous

• III.I: The Vice President may submit legislation for voting in the Council voting channel

Article IV: Enactment of the Amendment

• IV.I: The Amendment shall take effect immediately upon passage.
