Article 1: so like we don’t have any way to let people into the military
Article 2: fixing of the names for admirals, navy is admiral, army is field marshal, airforce is air marshal
Article 3: presidents or council can propose a member for each of these positions, and with the agreement of both parties in a 50+1 vote the member will become that role
Article 4: when in that role they will be able to let people into the specific branch of the military they control, and will be responsible for training them to counter threats (training is a minimum of a week) and will appoint someone to be the \[branch name\] presidental advisor to advise the president on what to do with the said branch
