The Mass Population Revival Amendment

Preamble: We are in a state of no growth. I write this to adjust the errors I mostly see, and will attempt to fix it with this mass Amendment.
Section I: Striking and naming.

  1. The Fuck Ban Evasion Act, alongside all amendments to it, are struck.


  1. The Reddit Health Ministry shall be dissolved, and all powers of it will be given to the Discord Mental Health Minister, of which, immediately upon assuming powers, will be known as the Mental Health Minister.

  1. This law is to be known as the PAS (Population Attainment Scheme.)

Section II: Advertisement.
  1. Advertisement is henceforth prohibited without filing or approval of any of the following methods. (Only one of the following required)

(i1) This list must be given to the President, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Advertisement, and the Ombudsman.
(2) A formal request to an advertisement routine, this must be approved by the Moderators of the server they advertise to, alongside approval of either the Foreign Minister or Advertisement Minister.
(3) Simplified Advertisements may also be done, done via consent of the Moderators of the servers they advertise to, alongside reporting the advertisement to the President, Foreign Minister, or Advertisement Minister.

  1. In the case of violation, via not fulfilling the requirements within SII(a), criminal action is to be given to them.

  1. A permit may be removed under any of the following

(1) Improper use, within any of the following
(i) Spam Advertisement
(ii) Pornography, NSFW, or otherwise unsafe content was within the Advertisement.
(iii) The Permit was used to threaten spam, or extort an individual, in any which way or sort.
(iiii) The permit was used to besmirch, harm, or otherwise make the Teen Government appear worse.
(iiiii) The permit was used for any sort of mass conspiracy of major advertisement, which shall henceforth be prohibited.
(e) An individual may be barred from legally sanctioned advertisement for any of the following, of which will prohibit the individual from requesting any content within SII(a)
(1) Mass Advertisement.
(2) Posting pornography, NSFW, or unsafe content.
(3) Advertisement done in a clearly biased manner (i.e: Advertisements saying join (x) party or vote (x) candidate are prohibited)
(f) A list of all barred individuals must be kept and upheld by the Foreign Minister and Advertisement Minister, which the Ombudsman may get access to, in case of investigation.
(g) In the case an individual loses their seat in the Ministry, and that Ministry was the Advertisement or Foreign Affairs Ministry, they are to give the list to their successor, and the new Minister is legally obligated to move all information to a new document, to ensure the previous Ministers don’t keep information.
Section III: Advertisement Ministry.


Section IV: Mental Health Ministry.
  1. In ordinance with Section I, the Reddit Mental Health Ministry is dissolved.

  1. In ordinance with Section I, the Discord Mental Health Ministry absorbs all responsibilities, powers, and obligations of the Reddit Mental Health Minister.

  1. Once all powers are absorbed, the Discord Mental Health Minister shall be renamed as the Mental Health Ministry.


  1. The Mental Health Ministry is to have complete and utter discretion for Mental Health Affairs, and within the Mental Health server, they hold discretion to do any disciplinary action, in the case it falls under the following.

Section V: The Fuck the Fuck Ban Evasion and Fuck the Unfuck Ban Evasion Act.
  1. In compliance with Section I, the Fuck Ban Evasion Act will be struck.


  1. The “Can Invite” role shall be abolished.

  1. A Channel will be created in the main Discord server, titled “Unverified”.

  1. Within this, the entry messages shall be moved.

  1. Within this channel, all non-verified members are to be given free reign and access.

  1. Any member within this may request access to the main server, of which may only be given by the following roles

(1) M.E.T
(2) C.o.A
(3) Mods.
(4) Server Owner.
  1. Non-verified members are prohibited from voting or otherwise deciding elected officials, within Discord sanctioned Elections.

  1. M.E.T, C.o.A, Mods, and the Server Owner have complete and utter discretion in granting the said role.

Section VI: Definitions.
  1. Non-verified or “Unverified” are to be known as individuals who have yet to be approved by the C.o.A, M.E.T, Mods, or Server owner.

  1. The Mental Health Ministry is defined as the Ministry responsible for all Mental Health Affairs, or the renamed Discord Mental Health Ministry.





  1. M.E.T is defined as the Moderator Enforcement Team

  1. The C.o.A are defined as the Moderator Advisors.

  1. Moderators are known as the elected Moderators of the Discord Server, or as used in this document, Mods are defined as the Elected Moderators of the Discord Server.

  1. The Server owner is defined as the elected owner of the Discord Server.

Section VII:
(a) Permits are to be considered long term, and can be reused at any point or moment, as long as they aren't revoked, or nullified by anything outlined within this document.
(b) SII(a)2/SII(a)/3 are considered one time, and may not be reused, requiring another request for each occurrence. '
