Article 1: unions will be used for maintaining workers rights and ensuring good pay and benefits
Article 2: unions can be made by a simple post, stating its name, reason for existing, and amount of members(need at least 2), along with a flag/symbol.
Article 4: a new post flairs shall be created called “Union creation” and “Union promotion”
Article 5: Unions hold the ability to stage large scale strikes and parades to fight injustice or demand better workers wages/benefits
Article 6: Any citizen is eligible to join a union as long as they are in a job that the union is used for. (IE: A Vicetek Union can only accept workers in Vicetek)
Article 7: Unions require at least 2 people at all times to be considered an active union, if the union drops below said number, it will be considered inactive and can only be active again of two or more people join the union.
Article 8: If the company collapses then the union is disbanded, however people will receive assistance in finding a new job and union to support them.
