Reasonable people exist amendment
20260608-4 \\ ??? words \\ Passed \\ No summary
Section 1: Terms
Article 1: Officials and citizens alike may take reasonable efforts surrounding the law and what it says in any part of law without being in violation of the law. (e.g. a council member voting "oye" or some other mistake in voting can still be interpreted legally as "aye" for the context of what counts). As long as it follows the written intent of a law without going directly against the rules of said law it should be not held as a breach of the law. (Intent of the writing, not of the one writing it, it still has to generally follow what is written).
Article 2: It shall be up to the courts to determine what is reasonable if such is in question.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This is to immediately amend the constitution upon passing.
Article 2: This amendment shall be entrenched and apply to future laws unless a specific future amendment explicitly voids it. (NIL: Just a thing to make sure nothing accidentally overrides this unless it explicitly says it will override it)
Article 3: This amendment shall retroactively pardon or otherwise prohibit prosecution of crimes that wouldn't have been crimes if this were to have existed. (NIL: §2.3 of the Z3CCA freely allows retroactive amnesty.)
