Preface:
Currently our economics moderators such as Zeedith have the ability to freely disclose private information such as someone's wealth, this amendment is to the PP act, extending it there.
Article I: Nobody can say how much money any other person has, unless given specific permission to do so by the person, or the information is obtained without viewing or originally knowing of the value in the ARPD website.
Article II: Nobody can be prosecuted based on illegally obtained financial information.
Article III: If a person manages to obtain information on how much money someone has without breaching article I, this information can be distributed publicly and be prosecuted with.
Article IV: This amendment goes into effect immediately upon passing
