Fix the Census and Citizen ID Amendments amendments

Section 1: Voids & Reforms
Article 1: The section " Questions included on the Census shall be: " shall be voided.
Article 2: The "Census Assistant" shall be prohibited access to the IDs of citizens who publicly request aforementioned official does not have access to their Citizen ID.
Article 3: The questions included in the census shall be:

  • What is your Citizen ID?

  • What is your political party. (With "Unaffiliated" always an option)

  • Are you currently employed?

  • Are you a public official?

Article 4: " Only the current acting Census Minister, Election Minister, Census Assistant, Admin, and Referendum Minister may access the Citizen IDs. " shall be amended to read " Only the current acting Census Minister, Election Minister, Census Assistant (so far as it is not requested they don't have access), Admins, and Referendum Minister may access to Citizen IDs and such access shall be granted where required for any governmental duty."
Article 5: The questions "What province are you living in?" and "What city are you living in" shall be allowed on the census however shall never be required.
Article 6: Filling out the census shall no longer be a prerequisite to being a registered citizen but rather shall now be having an active Citizen ID.
Article 7: The "map census" is to be stopped and any relevant legislation voided.
Article 8: Additional optional questions may be added to the census by non-constitutional-amendment-legislation, however these questions must not be required.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This amendment is to immediately amend the constitution.
