SLSR Legislation
Today, we're bringing an RP-advancement law. Huge thanks to MinecraftGuy7401 for drafting and to the whole SLSR team! Now, here goes:
The Half-Mast Bill
Article I: "Half Mast" is defined as a flag being flown at roughly halfway up the pole, instead of at the top. Days where this is encouraged by the government are called "Half Mast Days"
Article II: On days such as anniversaries of very bad events, (big war starting, big terrorist attack, banning of an important member, etc.) flags flown by the government (places where the government works) are to be lowered to half mast.
Article III: Flags flown by citizens on these days are preferred and heavily encouraged to be lowered to half mast, though it is not required. (free speech and stuff)
Article IV: A list of dates to lower flags to half mast will be kept by the VP and voted on by the public. If 60% of the public votes "Aye" then it is officially a Half Mast Day.
