Basically just a quick act to hopefully make it clearer which posts are constitutional amendments, and which aren't. Issues/changes that may need to be made are appreciated.

Section 1: Terms
Article 1: The flair "Proposition for council" shall remain and still be used to propose legislation, however usage is discouraged.
Article 2: The flair "Constitutional amendment for council's consideration" shall be created along with versions with ": Passed", ": Rejected", and ": Vetoed" appended which can only be accessed by citizens with moderator permissions on the SMP. Posts flaired with this flair shall be voted upon as constitutional amendments.
Article 3: The flair "Non-constitutional amendment for council's consideration" shall be created along with versions with ": Passed", ": Rejected", and ": Vetoed" appended which can only be accessed by citizens with moderator permissions on the SMP. Posts flaired with this flair shall be voted upon as non-constitutional amendment legislation.
Article 4: No person may knowingly mislabel a posts that is not legislation for council's consideration as any of the flairs outlined in this act.
Article 4:
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: No part of this act shall be seen to void or invalidate any other legislation.
Article 2: This act shall go into affect upon passing.
