Article I: Each person elected to Council shall become a member of Council as soon as they are sworn in.
Article II: Each of these Council Members shall replace the previous Council Member who got the same rank in the election. If the Council size decreased, any Council members who can not be replaced must resign as soon as at least two new Council members have been sworn in.
Article III: This amendment shall come into effect as soon as it is passed.
