Using my temporary economy minister spending authorities I announce that if a person or organization/corporation is able to begin an initiative for the public good the government (economy minister) will consider rewarding it with funds, funds are limited as of now so do not count on your request getting accepted, contact me if you have a project which may improve society (don't expect immediate acceptance as I intend to give time to review multiple possible projects)
(this is a presidental decree as the presidental authority taking the vacant economy ministers authority is what I am engaging this with)
