The necessity of Marketing within Teen Government



This paper intends to evidently represent and argue for the need of marketing, advertisement, and for the need of simpler channels. Alongside a basic need for growth within our community, a growth that further neglect will cause internal chaos.

This intends for the need of this position



The position, to my understanding within the contents of the legislation, would be naught more than a position to specify marketing. 

Whilst the current Foreign Minister handles both the Marketing and the Foreign affairs, this would separate it, allowing more focus on both positions

Allowing one individual, alongside a committee, if decided upon, to focus entirely on growth, entirely on making Teen Government larger.



Advertisement, as this Ministerial Position would increase the chances for, has been more than shown to promote attention and care for, increasing. In fact, as seen within [(PDF) Measuring Destination Marketing](https://www.researchgate.net/publication/298900388_Measuring_Destination_Marketing) , it states the following, verbatim.

 “Indeed, over 40 years of research has demonstrated that tourism destination advertising can inspire travelers to extend their length of stay, change their plans for activities, and eventually increase their overall expenditures while visiting a destination (Kim, Hwang, and Fesenmaier 2005; Park, Nicolau, and Fesenmaier 2013; Pratt et al. 2010; Stienmetz, Maxcy, and Fesenmaier 2015).”



Whilst the document, admittedly, does speak on tourism, which isn’t identical to the situation, yet tourism advertisements are more similar than any other version, which may be used within the advertisement position.

Attempting to make an individual join and willingly participate within a Government being, similar to tourism.

Tourism advertisement requires making an individual want to go to a location, similar to how our advertisement requires them going to a location (instead of a real-life one, being virtual), it would require similar strategies, and hence similar results.

This statistic showing 81% of consumers becoming aware of products and services, post advertisement, illustrates the absolute need for such positions, this alongside the tourism source promotes the idea of advertising being beneficial towards not only it being kept to memory, yet also to

This statistic later showing the benefits of advertising, not only increasing awareness yet also having successes



Any improvement upon the rate of advertisement would likely bring similar numbers, increasing our population.

  


Teen Government is dying; it is as plain as that, our population has had a quiet decay; we have gained near naught in new population. Individuals will get bored and exit; we have lost without gain; it is the path of death

We are nothing without the people.



It is for the people, by the people; what do we do when there is no people?



We have constantly suffered with the idea of positions being empty, the Ombudsman not existing until NotHim took the role, by special election, the Chief Justice currently being empty, having this stretched population? It’s a ridiculous standard



Population growth is one thing when extra; it’s great, sure, yet may be unneeded in mass groups. We are not in that case; we lack runners, we lack people in office, we cannot be in a situation of our government having empty offices; it is a ridiculous idea for our cabinet even to be nearly emptied.

This Ministry, whilst creating a new office, allows the growth we absolutely need, a growth we cannot safely ignore.



Down with the case we are in, a case where we lack any manner of growth



The idea of keeping it under foreign affairs exists, yet I am against this concept

We need specification; the Foreign Affairs Minister deals with external affairs with other Political Simulators, not with 

Survive Teen Government, burn like a Phoenix would; don’t let the fear of a new position remove the need for it.
