Article I: The government henceforth shall not be able to force anyone to use a standardized name such as "Tegovia" or "TeenGovia" or any other.

Article II: The government cannot prohibit the use of any name in reference to the nation or government or map, such as disallowing "Tegovia" or "Tengovia".

Article III: This act will go into effect immediately upon passing.

Article IV: The government may decide on a standardized name for the nation other than "Teen Government" or any form of those two words.

Article V: The name decided as mentioned in article IV is to be used in important governmental naming and activity, such as the name of a currency, flag, or governmental branch. Exceptions for this can be voted on to be excused by council.

Article VI: The name decided as mentioned in articles IV and V will only be recognized to officially define a name, but still cannot restrict anyone from using another name as they please.

I admit, this one *might* turn out controversial. I myself and with Tegovia, and it just turns out most people may be in favor of that name being enforced

\*note that this would not make it any harder to prohibit other names from being used, as any such act would override this

How would it override this?

Well if two acts contradict the later one has authority, if an act does anything prohibited here it would have authority over it, meaning this act could not stop the enforcement of the later act.

And if I made an article that no future act may override it?

That would need be a constitutional amendment, though I don't see the use as everything protected here on using names would already be protected under free speech laws.

I don't know man, I'm hearing about some people trying to pass an act specifically to make one name be the only one able to be used in law just because they hate Tegovia apparently. And according to the latest polls, people actually want *only* Tegovia to be the name allowed, so I'm trying to at least make it official/clear you can't, in nice clear letters

If someone wanted to do that it would have to be a constitutional amendment, and if people want a constitutional amendment you kinda just... can't stop that, at least not with a law

Yeah, the only thing that can stop a constitutional amendment would be an entrenched clause in the constitution itself.
