This is a really well-made promo ad.
On a serious note, I glanced at the news page on Windows (the thing in the bottom left that shows you news articles) on the day it happened. I genuinely didn't think much of his death until I saw the public reaction. Nobody had cared about him until he died and the only reason I knew about him was because I'd seen him mentioned on political YouTube videos and also the South Park episode about him.
