My fellow citizens,

After careful consideration, I have decided that our current system of endless debates, weak leadership, and slow decisions is holding us back. Chaos and indecision have taken over, and someone had to step up. That someone is me. From this point on, our party will be known as the Dictatorial Iron Party, and we will stand for order, efficiency, and strong, unquestionable leadership. Opinions will be politely ignored, decisions will be made swiftly, and stability will replace confusion. If you disagree, that’s fine. You’re just wrong.
