The showing the chats is amazing, but, I'd say just talking to us instead of just in the screenshots.
Like this post, just asking the subreddit what they want and acting on that would regain a lot of trust

It is my view that council should take a continuous effort to continue transparency policies that already exist, as well as individuals explain the reason they voted in a way. Ultimately trust is something that takes a long time and continuous effort to recover.
