Okay, so I know this is not at all fleshed out (will do later), but as a lawmaker in my party I just wanted to write this out. I think it would be a good idea if we had direct links to mental health helplines in the sub's "about" page. Since mental health struggles are a real and mounting problem amongst teens globally, I think that as a government serving teens we ought to at least provide a little something. I'm not yet sure about the impact this will have, but I feel like its at least the duty of the government to provide what it can. I hope the council will consider this idea and make into something a bit less rambling and depressing to look at.
