Definitions:

(a) When one acts against the Government by

(i) Attempting to overthrow the Government

(ii) Spying on the Nation for an opposing force

(iii) Any other means as deemed by future legislation

(iv)  Any offence which leads to real-world risks (a predator/age-fraud, dоххing, et cetera).

one has committed TREASON and will be considered a TRAITOR

(b) This definition shall apply only to offenses AFTER the passing of the act, except for who have committed a crime similar to those mentioned in {(a) (iv)}.

Article 1: Each and every prisoner will be considered a citizen and have all rights apart from access to the main discord server and the ability to post or comment on the subreddit's main page.

1.1: They shall be registered in the census as a citizen

1.2: They have the right to vote but not the right to run in elections

1.3: They have the right to sue

1.4: They have the right to form and join political parties

Article 2: If a citizen commits treason, they:

2.1: lose their citizenship.

2.2: will not be allowed to vote or participate in political discourse.

2.3: will be banned, based on the severity of their offence.

2.4: will be dealt with based on the DCPRA

Article 3: However, in case a citizen is accused of breaking the laws, they are subject to a fair trial by an impartial judiciary and have the right to fight their case themselves or by hiring a lawyer.

3.1: The onus to prove the guilt of the accused is on the prosecutor.

3.2: The judiciary can interpret {(a)(iv)} based on existing laws and common sense (leads to real-world risk).

Not really. I wanted this to be a general legislation for the future. I got the idea due to Arc's predicament though.
