Purpose: To prevent partys from controlling members the judiciary therefore preventing authoritarianism via a netrual court system Article I: All members of the judiciary must be independent Artical II: If someone is appointed to the judiciary they must leave any partys within 72 hours of appointment otherwise forfeit their seat Artical III: If someone is a current member of the judiciary they must leave any partys within 7 days of the Acts passing otherwise face impeachment

I absolutely love the idea, but there is a manpower issue rn.
We are in a crisis of no one running for positions.
Also, removing people from their parties feels like too much for a position, as well as abusable. Says leaving their party, what if they just.. Rejoin??
I don't think that we even have many independents in here.
So, I guess this isn't the right time to do this..

This would be great... if we had like a few thousand people.
No we don't.
So we'd need to save this idea for later.
