"No lives matter" partially, in the context of antihumanism (i.e. human rights are abstract as there is no true humanity, so in the longer run it doesn't matter).
BLM because social injustice towards any group should be focused on.
I also marked "All lives matter" in general (though it was originally intended to be in response to BLM, I think that outside of the American context, the phrase makes sense).
TLDR: might seem contradicting, but I do not think they are necessarily contradicting.
