I am leaving the DIP party.

DISCLAIMER: This post is mainly for any DIP members to offer an explanation, but anyone is welcome to read.

I have been in this sub for a week now and I feel as if I have accomplished very little so far and I am not getting much enjoyment from the sub. I believe this is because I am confined to a party and that leaving would mean I am able to contribute more to r/TeenGovernment. I hold no resentment to DIP and its members, I wish everyone well and hope to maintain good relations, especially with u/SrijitDas2010 who explained the server to me in a nonpartisan way on his own accord when I first joined. For that I am grateful.

My plan for the future is to remain independent for the foreseeable future, and possibly begin a party if the opportunity comes. I know most of you don't know me, so you probably won't care, but I would just like to announce this formally. Maybe I'll stay unknown, a speck in the sub's history. Or maybe I'll make it big. Either way, this decision is to help me truly interact and explore and I'll be happier like that.
